Sure Shot is an uncommon secondary mod that raises the status chance of pistols by 90% at rank 5. It adds up with similar mods, so a pistol with Sure Shot and Embedded Catalyzer, for example, gets a combined multiplier on its base status chance.
It was added in Update 11.0 and drops from the enemies listed on this page; you can also get it by transmutation. A Flawed version exists as well. Choose it for pistols with fast fire rates or multiple pellets, where more status chance quickly turns into reliable procs.
