Strain Consume is a Warframe set mod from the Strain set. Dead Maggots near you are consumed, which restores health, and at max rank they also raise your max Health by 4% and add health regeneration for 45 seconds.
It drops from enemies as the table on this page lists, and it cannot be created through transmutation. Because the health boost is percentage-based, Warframes with large health pools like Inaros benefit more. Run it together with the other Strain mods to unlock the set bonus.
Strain Consume was added with Update 24.2 (December 2018).
