Staggering Shield is a Warframe augment mod for Mesa's Shatter Shield. Bullets reflected by the shield gain a chance to stagger the enemies they hit, 50% at max rank, and that chance scales with Ability Strength up to a cap of 100% at 200% strength.
It is sold for 25,000 standing by Steel Meridian at rank General and by the Red Veil at rank Exalted. The mod suits Mesa builds that hold ground in a defense or survival mission, because staggered enemies stop advancing and give her allies time to finish them.
Staggering Shield was added with Update 16.8 (June 2015).
