About Sovereign Outcast
Sovereign Outcast is a rare stance mod for tonfa-type weapons. It brings an outlandish fighting style with sweeping attacks, which suits players who prefer wide arcs over precise stabbing combos.
The mod drops from the enemies listed on this page, and it cannot be created through transmutation, so you need to farm it. Like any stance, it works only on its matching weapon type and costs less when the polarity matches. Try it on a tonfa that you already enjoy to see if the combo flow fits your style.
