Sly Devolution is a precept mod for the Sly Vulpaphyla companion. When the Vulpaphyla goes down it devolves into its larval form, and kills made by you during that time give an Evasion buff. After 30 seconds it returns to its normal form.
You do not need to hunt for it: the mod is added automatically when you obtain a Sly Vulpaphyla. It is a niche but fun precept that turns a downed companion into a short-term defensive bonus, and it works best if you like to keep the Vulpaphyla alive as a durable support pet.
Sly Devolution was added with Update 29.0 (August 2020).
