Silent Battery is an uncommon Exilus mod for shotguns that lowers the chance enemies hear your gunfire. At max rank it removes the noise completely, so the weapon becomes silent and undetectable while firing, a perfect fit for stealth and Spy-style approaches.
Because it occupies the Exilus slot, it does not compete with your main damage mods. It drops from the enemies listed on this page and is not available through transmutation. Bring it along with a shotgun you use for assassinations or quiet clearing, and swap it out for open firefights.
Silent Battery was added with Update: Lunaro (June 2016).
Silent Battery is tradable, see the current prices in the market box above.
