Shivering Contagion is a Primary mod that spreads a Cold Status Effect in an area around the target when you inflict it on an enemy. At max rank, the chance to spread is 100% to enemies within 6 meters.
It drops from enemies and has no mission entry, so check the table on this page. Use it on rifles with high Cold damage and status chance to freeze groups quickly.
