Shell Compression increases the maximum ammo of a shotgun by 15% per rank, reaching +90% at rank 5. As an Exilus mod it can go into the extra slot, giving more reserves without using a regular mod slot.
It drops from The Circuit in Duviri and other sources in the table. Use it on shotguns that burn shells quickly, especially in long missions where ammo pickups are scarce.
Shell Compression was added with Vanilla (October 2012).
