Sharpshooter is a Sniper mod that returns Energy to you after a weak point kill. It helps ability-heavy frames that use a sniper rifle between casts to keep their Energy topped up.
You can buy it from the Arbitrations vendor in the Arbiters of Hexis room on Relays for 20 Vitus Essence. It is best on Warframes that need energy and have good aim for headshots.
Sharpshooter was added with Update 23.10 (October 2018).
