Sharpened Claws is a Kavat-exclusive precept. Your Kavat targets an enemy and rips it apart while it is stunned in a free fall animation, dealing 300% damage at max rank and removing 120% of its armor.
It drops from enemies, as the table on this page shows, and it was added with Specters of the Rail. Equip it on a Kavat if you want an active attack that strips armor from tough single targets.
Sharpened Claws was added with Update: Specters of the Rail 0.0 (July 2016).
