Rolling Guard grants a short window of invulnerability and removes all status effects when you roll, with a cooldown between uses. It helps against crowd control and big hits when you time the dodge well.
You can buy it from the Arbitrations vendor in the Arbiters of Hexis room on Relays for 20 Vitus Essence. Try it on frames that cannot avoid enemy attacks easily and benefit from a panic button.
Rolling Guard was added with Update 23.10 (October 2018).
Rolling Guard is tradable, see the current prices in the market box above.
