Rising Storm augments Ash's Blade Storm. The attacks of the clones increase your Ability Combo Counter by 4, which works with other mods that scale on the combo counter.
Reach Maxim with Arbiters of Hexis or Exalted with Red Veil and spend 25,000 Standing. It is a fit for Ash builds that use Blade Storm in melee-oriented combos and want ability-based combo scaling.
Rising Storm was added with Update 15.16 (February 2015).
Rising Storm is tradable, see the current prices in the market box above.
