Resilient Focus is a Warframe mod that would increase damage resistance while the Warframe is stunned, by 5% per rank for a maximum of 20% at rank 3. It is unreleased content, so it is not part of the regular mod pool.
The wiki explains that after Update 10.6 a bug briefly let players get it through transmutation, and those who did were allowed to keep it. There is currently no way to obtain the mod, so use other resistance mods instead.

Resilient Focus cannot currently be obtained; it was only briefly available through a transmutation bug in Update 10.6.
