It rewards bleed-focused weapons.
It drops from The Circuit in Duviri and other sources in the table, and can be produced by transmutation. Pair it with weapons that apply Slash often to keep combo climbing without constant hits.
Relentless Combination was added with Update 19.2 (December 2016).
