Reinforced Bond increases your fire rate by 60% when your companion's maximum Shields or Overshields exceed 1200, and reloading restores 150 Overshields to your companion. The buff stays on as long as the shield threshold is met.
You can buy it from The Business in Fortuna for 20,000 Standing after reaching rank 3, Doer, with Solaris United. It suits shield-heavy companion setups that also want a fire rate bonus for their owner.
