Reflex Guard grants a chance to increase your melee combo while Blocking, with +100% at max rank. It lets you build combo from defensive play rather than only by attacking.
It drops from Spy missions across the inner planets and other sources in the table, and can also be made by transmutation. Use it on a tanky melee build that blocks often.
Reflex Guard was added with Update 10.0 (September 2013).
