It generates a shield that reflects 90% of the damage taken as pulses over 10 seconds, dealing Magnetic damage in a 12 meter radius around it.
The mod is acquired automatically when you obtain a Hound built with the Cela Bracket. It makes your Hound a defensive area controller, useful against shielded Corpus targets.
Reflex Denial was added with Update 30.5 (July 2021).
