Reflection gives a chance to stagger and stun attackers when you block, up to +40% at max rank. It is a niche defensive mod for melee builds that use blocking actively.
It drops from Spy missions on Earth, Venus and Mercury and other sources in the table, and can also be made by transmutation. Use it on tanky frames that block often with a melee weapon.
Reflection was added with Update 10.0 (September 2013).
