About Reactive Storm
Reactive Storm augments Baruuk's Serene Storm. Desert Wind gains +250% Status Chance and changes its damage type to match the weaknesses of the enemies it hits, which makes it flexible against any faction.
You can buy it for 25,000 Standing from Arbiters of Hexis (Maxim) or New Loka (Flawless), and it is also a periodic Circuit reward. It suits Baruuk builds that want Desert Wind to deal consistent status damage.
