Reach extends the attack range of melee weapons by up to 1.5 meters. On glaives it enlarges the projectile instead of the throw distance, and for the Helios companion it increases scanning range.
It drops randomly from enemies, as the table shows, and can be produced by transmutation. Use it on short weapons such as swords or dual daggers to reach enemies without leaving your combo.
Reach was added with Update 8.0 (May 2013).
