Razor Shot increases the Slash damage of pistols by up to 90% at max rank. Slash damage fuels bleed procs, which ignore armor and make it a favourite of status-based sidearm builds.
It drops from The Circuit in Duviri and other sources in the table, or can come out of transmutation. Pair it with high status chance pistols so the extra Slash converts into real bleeding damage.
Razor Shot was added with Update 11.0 (November 2013).
