Quick Thinking turns your energy pool into an emergency buffer: once you drop to 2 health, further damage is taken from energy instead, at up to 240% efficiency at max rank. Together with Gladiator Finesse the efficiency rises to 300%.
Damage absorbed this way does not count as health damage, so Rage, Hunter Adrenaline and Vex Armor do not trigger from it. The mod drops from Corrupted Ancients and The Circuit and can also be rolled through Transmutation.
