Primed Smite Grineer is the Primed counterpart of Smite Grineer and boosts melee damage against Grineer by a factor of x1.55 at max rank, for one faction only.
To get it, wait for Baro Ki'Teer and check his wares: an unranked copy costs 140,000 Credits and 350 Ducats, provided he carries it that trip. It is a practical choice for Grineer gallery and Earth farming.
Primed Smite Grineer was added with Hotfix 27.0.7 (December 2019).
Primed Smite Grineer is tradable, see the current prices in the market box above.
