Primary Acuity increases Weak Point damage and Weak Point critical chance for rifles, giving +350% Weak Point damage at max rank. The catch is that Multishot cannot be modified while it is equipped.
It comes from enemy drops and has no mission entry, so check the drop list on this page. It is best on accurate single-shot rifles where hitting heads is routine and extra pellets are not a priority.
