About Point Blank
Point Blank increases the base damage of shotguns by 15% per rank, reaching +90% at rank 5. It is one of the core damage mods for shotguns alongside multishot options and the critical or status mods you choose.
It drops from Cetus bounties on the Plains of Eidolon and from other sources in the table, and it can also result from transmutation. Take it on any shotgun whose damage is your main scaling stat.
Point Blank was added with Vanilla (October 2012).
