Pilfering Swarm modifies Hydroid's Tentacle Swarm so that enemies seized by the tentacles have a guaranteed chance at additional drops. It is one of the classic loot augments in the game.
Reach Genius with Cephalon Suda or Flawless with New Loka and pay 25,000 Standing. It shines in farming missions where Hydroid keeps the tentacles active on tough enemies that carry good loot.
Pilfering Swarm was added with Update 15.16 (February 2015).
Pilfering Swarm is tradable, see the current prices in the market box above.
