Perpetual Agony is a Secondary mod for pistols that lengthens how long status effects stay on enemies, reaching +90% status duration at max rank. It is a common-rarity mod, so it is cheap to rank up.
It drops from enemies such as the Arid Butcher, and our drop table lists every source with exact chances. Pair it with a high-status pistol so that bleeds, burns and toxin ticks keep running longer on tough targets.
Perpetual Agony was added with Update 15.0 (October 2014).
