Parry raises the chance to counter incoming melee attacks while blocking, opening the enemy to a melee finisher. Without it, a block has roughly a 50% chance to trigger a parry, and the mod raises that to +96% at max rank.
It drops from Tier 1 Excavation and Spy missions among other sources. It suits defensive melee builds that block frequently and want to punish enemies with finishers.
Parry was added with Update 10.0 (September 2013).
