Nira's Hatred increases the health and the Ability Duration of a Warframe, with +35% Health at max rank. It cannot be equipped together with Amar's Hatred or Boreal's Hatred.
The mod becomes available after completing The New War and drops from Narmer Cetus bounties on the Plains of Eidolon. It's a handy bulk-and-duration mod for frames with timed buffs or zones.
Nira's Hatred was added with Update 31.0 (December 2021).
