Nightwatch Napalm makes rockets from the Ogris and Kuva Ogris leave a sphere-shaped blaze in the explosion area for six seconds. The wiki notes the in-game description is out of date: the blaze always deals a base 150 Heat damage per tick.
The wiki lists Dog Days as a source for the mod, and it may appear in drop tables from enemies as well. It suits players who like to fire the Ogris into groups and let the lingering fire finish them.
