Necrophagic Vigor is a weapon augment for the Hema and Coda Hema. Reloading drains up to half your health based on the ammo created, giving +20% critical chance and critical damage per 20 health drained, capped at 360%.
It was originally earned by reaching Nightwave rank 25 in Nora's Mix: Dreams of the Dead. To get the full bonus you need 720 max health and a fully empty magazine on reload, so it fits high-health frames.
Necrophagic Vigor was added with Hotfix 40.0.4 (October 2025).
