Necramech Seismic Wave increases the melee slam damage of your Necramech by 45% at max rank. It applies to slam attacks performed while in midair, which have a base damage of 500.
Bird 3 of Cavia sells it for 25,000 Standing at the rank Colleague. It is also awarded from Isolation Vault bounties and dropped by Tier 2 Necramechs. It suits mech builds that jump and slam into groups.
