Narrow Barrel is an Exilus shotgun mod that temporarily tightens spread, and therefore accuracy, while aiming after you hit an enemy. It stacks additively with other sources of weapon spread modifiers.
It has a high chance to drop from the final stages of Necralisk bounties on Cambion Drift, among other sources. Slot it into the Exilus slot of a shotgun when you want consistent long-range pellet hits.
Narrow Barrel was added with Hotfix 18.4.1 (January 2016).
Narrow Barrel is tradable, see the current prices in the market box above.
