Mischief lets the Smeeta Kavat become invisible for nine seconds every seven seconds while a decoy Kavat runs toward the enemy and draws fire. The decoy has a 15% chance to evade damage and blinds nearby enemies when it dies.
You receive it automatically when you obtain a Smeeta Kavat. The Kavat can attack while cloaked and stay cloaked, so it can land several strikes while enemies are busy chasing the decoy.
Mischief was added with Update: Specters of the Rail 0.0 (July 2016).
