About Mending Splinters
Mending Splinters makes Gara's Splinter Storm heal friendly targets it is applied to, 15 health per second per affected target. Only friendly targets in the storm are eligible, and Kavats and Kubrows are healed if their owner is affected.
Arbiters of Hexis sell it at the rank Maxim and New Loka at the rank Flawless, for 25,000 Standing each. It turns Splinter Storm into a protective effect for allies as well as a damage zone.
Mending Splinters was added with Update 23.7 (September 2018).
