Mecha Pulse grants bonus armor when a marked enemy is killed, up to +60% for 20 seconds for each enemy within 30 meters. The effect follows who landed the kill, and companions pass it on to their owner.
It drops from Fortuna bounties on Orb Vallis, including Steel Path bounties at high levels. It belongs to the Mecha set and works best with the other set mods that mark enemies.
Mecha Pulse was added with Update 24.0 (November 2018).
