Loot Detector is an aura mod that raises your Loot Radar so the minimap shows resources, lootable canisters, chests, crates and lootable corpses. In co-op, resources you pick up stay on the minimap until everyone has taken them.
The Nightwave Cred Offerings store sells it for 20 Creds. It is handy for resource farming, since you spot containers without searching every corner of a tileset.
Loot Detector was added with Hotfix 13.4.1 (May 2014).
