Lingering Torment lengthens the duration of status effects inflicted by shotguns, up to +90% at max rank. Its effect is only visible on statuses that have a duration, and it stacks with Hunter Track for +180%.
It drops from enemies listed in the drop tables, and transmutation can create it too. It is useful on status shotguns where long-lasting slash or toxin procs add up to serious damage.
Lingering Torment was added with Update 15.0 (October 2014).
