Infectious Bite makes the Medjay Predasite perform a finisher attack for +200% Finisher damage and infect the target with a volatile virus. If the target survives, pustules grow on its body and react to damage by exploding.
You get it automatically when you obtain a Medjay Predasite. Surviving targets suffer a Viral proc, so it suits groups of weaker enemies where pustule explosions chain between them.
Infectious Bite was added with Update 29.0 (August 2020).
