About Ice Wave Impedance
Ice Wave Impedance makes Frost's Ice Wave leave a frozen trail lasting 12 seconds, and enemies who touch it receive Cold status every second. It works in both PvE and Conclave.
You can buy it at Steel Meridian (General), Cephalon Suda (Genius) or in Conclave at the rank Tempest, each for 25,000 Standing. Trail duration scales with Ability Duration, and multiple trails can overlap for control of a lane.
Ice Wave Impedance was added with Update 15.6 (December 2014).
