Hysterical Assault lets Valkyr pounce onto targeted enemies up to 50 meters away while in Hysteria, dealing damage on impact. It then grants +50% Parkour Velocity and Sprint Speed and brief invulnerability when it triggers.
New Loka sells it at the rank Flawless and The Perrin Sequence at the rank Partner, for 25,000 Standing each. The leap needs your reticle near an enemy, and it cannot be equipped together with Enraged.
Hysterical Assault was added with Update: The Silver Grove (August 2016).
