Hydraulic Crosshairs boosts critical chance while aiming for a short time after you hit an enemy weak point. At max rank the bonus is +135% for 9 seconds, and it is additive with mods like Pistol Gambit on pistols such as the Sicarus.
It drops through the sources in the drop tables. Use it on accurate secondaries where hitting weak points is reliable, since the bonus only starts after a weak point hit.
