Hunter Adrenaline converts a share of the damage your Health takes into Energy, up to 45% at rank 5. If you have no Shields, damage to Overguard granted by an ally is converted as well.
It is a Hunter set mod dropped by the Hemocyte during Operation: Plague Star and Ghoul Purge bounties. The effect is the same as Rage and stacks with it, which helps frames that burn through energy quickly.
Hunter Adrenaline was added with Update 22.3 (November 2017).
