Electricity+15% Status ChanceElectricity+30% Status ChanceElectricity+45% Status ChanceElectricity+60% Status ChanceHigh Voltage raises both the Electricity damage and the status chance of a rifle by 15% per rank, reaching +60% at rank 3. It is additive with similar mods, so a Snipetron with Rifle Aptitude gets a combined multiplier.
Baro Ki'Teer offers it periodically for 300 Ducats and 150,000 Credits, and it can also appear as a cache reward in Hive Sabotage missions. Use it when you want electric procs for stunning enemies or as a base for Radiation or Magnetic combos.
