Heavy Caliber is a Corrupted Mod that boosts damage of primary weapons, excluding shotguns, by 165% at max rank. The price is higher spread, so accuracy suffers; each rank adds a weapon-specific amount of spread instead of a flat percentage.
It drops from Orokin Vaults, such as the Derelict Vault and Deimos, along with other sources in the tables. It is best on weapons with tight spread or ones that rarely need precision, and its damage bonus stacks with other damage mods.
Heavy Caliber was added with Update 10.3 (October 2013).
Heavy Caliber is tradable, see the current prices in the market box above.
