Healing Return heals you for each Status Effect currently afflicting the enemy you hit with a melee weapon. At max rank it restores 11 Health per effect, so enemies with several procs are worth much more than clean targets.
It drops from higher tiers of the Duviri Circuit and can be created via transmutation. It pairs well with status-heavy melee weapons that keep multiple effects active, giving sustain without using abilities.
Healing Return was added with Update 19.2 (December 2016).
