Hastened Deflection speeds up shield regeneration for Beast companions like kubrows and kavats, with +90% at max rank. Faster recharge keeps your pet alive between fights without needing healing.
It drops from Sabotage missions, including resource caches on Earth, and transmutation can also produce it. It is a cheap survivability option for companion builds that rely on shields.
Hastened Deflection was added with Update 14.0 (July 2014).
