Gunslinger raises the fire rate of secondary weapons by 12% per rank, reaching +72% at rank 5. It also shortens the charge delay on weapons like the Ballistica, Stug and Angstrum.
It drops from the Duviri Circuit and other sources, and transmutation can produce it too. Combine it with Anemic Agility and Lethal Torrent if you want to push a pistol's fire rate even higher.
Gunslinger was added with Vanilla (October 2012).
