Fetch is a companion mod for beasts with a 13.5 m gather-link. It detects and collects items including mods, ammo and other pickups, and pulls them toward your Warframe from a larger distance.
The official drop tables list it as a random drop, and there is no vendor. It makes farming runs more comfortable, because you spend less time hunting down dropped mods in big tilesets.
Fetch was added with Update 24.0 (November 2018).
