About Fast Hands
Fast Hands is a common rifle mod that raises reload speed, by +30% at max rank. It is a simple and cheap quality-of-life mod for rifles with slow reload animations.
It is a random drop, with Capture missions across many nodes among the sources in the official tables. Use it for rifles that empty their magazine quickly, so the downtime between bursts is as short as possible.
Fast Hands was added with Vanilla (October 2012).
